Jailbreak iOS 11.4.1 Coming and iOS 12 Jailbreak Focus

Jailbreak iOS 11.4.1 and Jailbreak iOS 12 News – Following yesterday’s news regarding an untethered iOS 12 jailbreak demo, we have another great update! Security researcher Ian Beer announced that he’ll release exploits for iOS 11.4.1 and shift his focus on iOS 12!

For those of you who don’t know, Beer brought us the primary exploit used in the Electra iOS 11.3.1 jailbreak. In a very similar manner Beer released the main 11.3.1 kernel exploit after iOS 11.4 was released. Depending on which exploit(s) Beer has this time around, we could potentially see an iOS 11.4.1 jailbreak come of it!

And if you’re using the mptcp/vfs exploits for security research (eg with Electra 11.3.1) you should just keep using that. I’ll release the 11.4.1 exploits I have but the focus will shift to iOS 12 now 🙂

Also, even better news, Beer is working on iOS 12. With one of the greatest minds in iOS debugging working on uncovering iOS 12 exploits, we’ll certainly get a jailbreak even sooner than expected.
